15 individual trainers are represented in the top 16 qualifiers.
The Stephanie Faulkner-trained 4YO, Richard Stomper was the winner of Heat 5, the $50,000 ODT Southern Mile Qualifier (1600m) run at Wingatui Racecourse on Saturday 13 January.
Heat 6 is scheduled to be run at Riccarton Park on Saturday 27 January – a Rating 75 for a stake of $50,000.
