Who is Responsible for Health and Safety in Thoroughbred Racing?
The answer to this question is everybody! Although the Health and Safety at Work Act focuses on “PCBUs”, every single person in the industry must be concerned about their own health and safety and the health and safety of others around them. Just because the Act may not be applicable, doesn’t mean you shouldn’t be concerned about health and safety, even if it is just your own
