It is with great sadness that NZTR acknowledges the serious accident involving Board member Rodney Schick and his family.

NZTR Chair Russell Warwick said:

“It’s a tough time for the entire industry with the news of Sunday’s accident; Rodney is a respected Director, horseman, and above all, a devoted family man. Our thoughts are with his wife Gina, the Schick family and all those affected by this tragic incident.”
