The Grand Tour is once again set to bring the festival vibes to New Zealand’s premier racecourses, when season three kicks off in Hastings with the iconic Livamol Classic Raceday on October 12. 

The beginning of the 2023-24 racing season marks a momentous occasion for Waikato Thoroughbred Racing.

A significant decision has been reached regarding the establishment of a new racing Club, named Waikato Thoroughbred Racing (WTR), following the official merger approval between Waikato Racing Club, Cambridge Jockey Club, and Waipa Racing Club.
